Lean Construction Training

Our BIM-based approach to Lean Construction starts with the most data rich source you have: your BIM model. We have teamed up with one of the most renowned Construction Consultancy firms in Germany, Drees & Sommer, to offer a unique 2 day course combining BIM and Lean using CCT's highly awarded C3D®.

A two-day course is designed to train and educate the participants in the basics of Lean Management. Central to this training is a game participants will be asked to engage in as part of the theory and practice work. The course then moves on to show participants how technologies such as BIm and simulation can be used to effectively and efficiently model lean processes and explore difference scenarios.
